Birth Reimagined

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and the Birth Reimagined course. Please read them before you enroll.

Last updated: 11 September 2026

1. Who we are, and what you are agreeing to

This website, naturalbirthreimagined.com, and the Birth Reimagined course are operated by Brandon Smith, doing business as Natural Birth Reimagined (“we”, “us”), of 3241 Parrish Road, Titusville, FL 32796, USA. You can reach us at info@naturalbirthreimagined.com.

By visiting this site, creating an account, claiming free access, or purchasing the course, you agree to these Terms of Service. They apply together with our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and our Disclaimer, each of which forms part of this agreement. If you don’t agree to them, please don’t use the site or buy the course.

2. Who may use this service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to purchase or hold an account. The course is written for adults preparing for birth, and it is not intended for children. You agree that the information you give us — your email address in particular — is accurate and yours.

3. Free access

We offer one module of the course (Module 5, Releasing Your Fears) free of charge. Free access is granted to an individual, is personal to you, and is subject to these Terms in exactly the same way as paid access. We may change, limit, or withdraw free access, or the module offered, at any time. Free access does not include the remaining modules, the bonus audio, or any download rights beyond the free module.

4. How you sign in

We use passwordless sign-in: you enter your email address and we send you a one-time link that signs you in. That link is the key to your account. Keep it private — do not forward it, post it, or share your inbox access with anyone else. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at info@naturalbirthreimagined.com if you think someone else has used it.

5. Purchase, price and payment

Birth Reimagined is sold as a one-time purchase of US$149. Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe, our payment processor; we never see or store your full card details. Your purchase is complete when Stripe confirms payment and we email your access details.

Prices are stated in US dollars unless shown otherwise, and your bank may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees that we do not control and cannot refund. You are responsible for any taxes or duties that apply to you beyond those we are required to collect. We may change the price at any time; changes are not retroactive, and a later price drop or promotion does not entitle you to a partial refund. Discount codes are subject to their own terms and may be withdrawn at any time. If a price is displayed in obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honor it.

6. What you receive

Upon purchase you receive:

  • nine modules, each with a guided meditation, journaling prompts and ritual guidance;
  • two bonus audio tracks;
  • the ability to stream or download the material for your personal use;
  • lifetime access, meaning access for as long as we continue to operate the course, with no recurring fee.

Being honest about “lifetime”: it means we will not charge you again and will not time-limit your access. It cannot mean the portal will exist forever. If we ever discontinue the course or shut the portal down, we will give existing members at least 60 days’ notice by email and a window to download the material so that what you paid for stays yours. We may also update, improve, re-record, add to, or retire individual pieces of content — the course you have access to is the current version, not the version as it existed on your purchase date.

7. Your license to use the material

All course content — audio, video, text, images, workbooks, prompts, structure and method — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use it for your own personal, non-commercial birth preparation. That’s the whole of what you are buying: a license to use it yourself, not ownership of it.

You may:

  • stream the material as often as you like;
  • download it for your own offline use, on devices you control;
  • use it across future pregnancies and share the experience of it with your partner or birth support person in the room with you.

You may not:

  • copy, upload, re-post, stream, sell, rent, sub-license, or otherwise distribute the material, in whole or in part;
  • share your login, access link, or downloaded files with anyone else, including in group chats, drives, forums, or file-sharing services;
  • use the material to teach, coach, run a class, or build a competing program, or present the method as your own;
  • play the material to a group, in a public setting, or in a commercial setting (for example a studio, clinic, or paid workshop) without our written permission;
  • transcribe, adapt, translate, or make derivative works from it, or strip out credits and watermarks;
  • scrape it, or use it to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any machine-learning or AI model or dataset;
  • circumvent access controls, expiring media links, or the paywall, or attempt to access modules your account is not entitled to.

These restrictions survive the end of your access. Breaching them may result in immediate termination without refund, and we may pursue any other remedy available to us.

8. Acceptable use of the site

Please don’t attack, overload, probe, or interfere with the site or the services behind it; don’t attempt to access accounts or data that aren’t yours; don’t submit false information or use our contact and email forms to send spam, malware, or abusive content; and don’t use the site for anything unlawful. We apply rate limits and other protections, and we may suspend access that appears automated or abusive.

9. Refunds

Birth Reimagined comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee for women who work through the material and find it isn’t for them. The conditions, the process, and what isn’t covered are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Because the material is delivered instantly and in full, by purchasing you acknowledge that you are asking for immediate access and that the guarantee in that policy is what applies in place of an unconditional right to cancel, to the extent local law permits.

10. Your content and feedback

Your journaling is yours. We don’t collect it, store it, or want it. If you voluntarily send us feedback, a review, or your birth story, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and publish it — including in marketing — with your first name and country, unless you ask us not to. You can withdraw that permission for future use at any time by emailing info@naturalbirthreimagined.com. Please don’t send us anything confidential or anything you don’t have the right to share.

11. Not medical care

Birth Reimagined is birth preparation education. It is not medical advice, midwifery or obstetric care, or psychological treatment, and it does not create a practitioner–client relationship. We make no promise about how your labor or birth will unfold. You must read our Disclaimer, including the safety guidance for the meditations and audio, before you begin. You participate voluntarily and accept the risks of doing so.

12. Availability and third-party services

We run this course on third-party infrastructure — including Stripe for payments, Supabase for accounts, Mux for video, Wasabi for audio file storage and delivery, and Resend for email. We work to keep the portal available, but we don’t promise uninterrupted or error-free service, and we may need to suspend access for maintenance, security, or reasons outside our control. Downtime, a provider outage, or an interrupted stream is not a breach of this agreement. Where a prolonged outage means you genuinely cannot access what you paid for, contact us and we will make it right.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent the law allows, the site and the course are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the material will meet your expectations, produce any particular result, or be free of interruption or error.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of profit, data, or opportunity, arising out of your use of the site or the course. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim connected with this agreement is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or under consumer protection rights you hold that cannot be waived.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the material, or your infringement of anyone else’s rights.

16. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the site at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms — in particular the license restrictions in section 7 — if we are required to by law, or if your payment is reversed or charged back. Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — license restrictions, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law — continue to apply.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version always lives at this URL with the date it was last updated. Where a change materially reduces your rights, we will notify existing members by email. Continuing to use the site or the course after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms; if you don’t, please stop using them and contact us.

18. Events outside our control

We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including provider or network failure, power or internet outage, cyber-attack, natural disaster, illness, or government action.

19. If something goes wrong

Please email us first at info@naturalbirthreimagined.com and give us 30 days to resolve it with you informally. Most problems are a misunderstanding or a broken link, and we would much rather fix it than argue about it.

20. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections and the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where local law gives you that right.

21. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between us about the course. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign or transfer your rights under this agreement — access is personal to you, is not transferable, and cannot be sold or gifted on. We may assign this agreement in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business.
