Refund Policy

The guarantee

Enroll in Birth Reimagined, work through the material, and if it genuinely isn’t right for you, tell us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund what you paid.

We ask one thing in return: that you actually did the work. This is a guarantee for women who showed up and found the course wasn’t for them — not a free download window.

Why there are conditions

Everything in Birth Reimagined is delivered instantly and in full: nine modules, two bonus audio tracks, all of it streamable and downloadable the moment you enroll. There is nothing to ship back. So instead of a no-questions policy that mostly protects people who download everything and ask for their money back an hour later, we protect the women who commit — with a guarantee that is real, and conditions that are clear up front.

Eligibility — all of the following must apply

1. You bought directly from us. The purchase was made through naturalbirthreimagined.com using our Stripe checkout, in your own name, with your own payment method.
2. You ask within 14 calendar days. The window starts at the date and time of purchase shown on your Stripe receipt and closes 14 calendar days later. Requests that arrive after the window closes are not eligible, for any reason other than those in “Compassionate exceptions” below.
3. You did the work. You worked through at least three of the nine modules — the meditation and the journaling prompts for each — and in your request you tell us, in a few sentences per module, what you practiced and why it didn’t work for you. We don’t track your progress inside the portal and we don’t want to; we rely on your honest account.
4. It’s your first refund with us. One refund per person and per household, across all of our products. If you have been refunded before, you are not eligible.
5. You confirm the material is deleted. You confirm in writing that you have deleted any downloaded audio, PDFs or other files, that you hold no copies, and that you have not shared or distributed them.
6. You have kept to the Terms. No sharing of your login or access links, no distributing or reselling the material, no group use, and no other breach of our Terms of Service.

How to request a refund

Email info@naturalbirthreimagined.com with the subject line Refund request, and include:

• the email address you used at checkout;
• your Stripe receipt number or the date of purchase;
• which three (or more) modules you worked through;
• a few sentences per module on what you practiced and why it didn’t work for you;
• confirmation that you have deleted any downloaded files and hold no copies.

Requests must come from the email address on the order. We can’t process refund requests made by phone, DM, Instagram comment, or through a third party.

What happens next

We aim to reply within five business days. If your request meets the conditions above, we refund the amount you paid to your original payment method — normally within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are issued in the currency you paid in (US$149 unless you used a discount code). We can’t reimburse currency-conversion losses, foreign transaction fees, or other charges applied by your own bank.

On refund, your license to the course ends immediately, your portal access is revoked, and you must delete any remaining copies. Continuing to use the material after a refund is a breach of the Terms.

Not covered

• Requests made after the 14-day window has closed.
• Access that was given free or gifted, and purchases made with a 100%-off code — there is nothing to refund.
• “I never got around to it.” Not starting the work is not a reason for a refund; the guarantee rewards doing it.
• Partial refunds, and refunds because the price later changed or a discount code was released after you bought.
• Accounts showing a download-and-vanish pattern — for example the entire library pulled down within hours of purchase, alongside no account of having worked with it.
• Accounts where the login or access links have been shared, or the material redistributed.
• Dissatisfaction with your birth outcome. The course does not promise a particular birth, and it cannot; see our disclaimer.
• Repurchases made after a previous refund, unless we agreed to it first.

We may decline a request that doesn’t meet the conditions, and we may decline future purchases from an account that has abused this policy.

Chargebacks

If you believe something has gone wrong, please email us first — almost everything is fixable in a day. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us waives this guarantee, and we will respond to the card issuer with the purchase record, access logs and correspondence. Where a chargeback is raised in bad faith we reserve the right to revoke access and recover the related fees and costs.

Compassionate exceptions

Sometimes life takes a turn that a policy has no business ruling on. If you have experienced a pregnancy loss, a serious medical event, or another significant hardship, please write to us at info@naturalbirthreimagined.com. We will look at it as human beings, outside the conditions above, and we will not ask you for proof of your grief. You are also welcome to simply pause: your access is for life, and it will be there whenever you are ready — including for a future pregnancy.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights you have under the law of your country that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where local law gives you a stronger right to cancel or to a remedy than this policy does, that right applies. Note that in some places — including the UK and EU — the right to cancel digital content can be lost once you agree to immediate access and start downloading; this guarantee is offered in addition to whatever rights you retain.
